THANKSGIVING 

W/ FLETCHER & LU:

Get a head-start on your Thanksgiving dinner this year with cheese and charcuterie from Fletcher & Lu!

We are offering assortments of various sizes, vacuum-sealed and ready to arrange for your platters. We will also be making some classic turkey accoutrements so you don't have to, and are offering "stuffing kits" with a choice of three kinds of fresh bulk sausage, polenta bread croutons, and a recipe card.

Please select the day you would like to pick up your items when you select the menu item The packages will be ready to pick up at 11 am on the day selected. They will be packaged for travel, and will last 14 days refrigerated in their original packaging. We will have many other items available in-store for you to choose from and supplement with as well. 

Last day for guaranteed online orders will be Tuesday, Nov 14 at 4 pm. We may be able to accommodate orders placed via phone or email after that, but availability will not be guaranteed. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Stuffing Kit: Bulk sausage of your choice (see options below), polenta croutons, spices, & recipe card

Gravy: Luxurious giblet gravy thickened with onions and arrowroot (GF)

Cranberry Sauce: Traditional cranberry sauce made with fresh, organic berries, citrus, cane sugar and warm spices

Cheese Package:

Manchego Pasamontes - 3-month aged farmstead sheep's milk cheese from Spain. Tender and nutty.

Bayley Hazen Blue - peppery, beefy VT raw cow's milk cheese with a fudgy interior

Comte Marcel Petit - pungent, aged alpine melting cheese from France with a firm texture and notes of caramelized onion.

Blakesville Lake Breeze - farmstead bloomy rind goat's cheese from Wisconsin. Creamy, salty, mushroomy with a bit of citrus.

Marcona Almonds - fried and salted, a perfect snack

Membrillo - sweet and jammy quince paste

Charcuterie Package:

Country Pate - pork terrine with brandied apricots, hazelnuts and spices. *includes breadcrumbs and eggs

Chicken Liver Spread - w/ mushrooms, onions, brandy and honey.

Garlic Sausage w/ Pistachios - french style saucisson with roasted garlic, thyme and a bit of chili flake.

Mortadella - amaretto, black pepper, paprika (contains dry milk powder and egg whites)

Whole Grain Mustard + Cornichons
